Kelly Lamb is the Senior Operations Manager, overseeing and operationalizing the scholars programs and workforce partnerships, focusing on internal operations to successfully launch and manage strategic programs and client partnerships. Lamb works closely with all internal departments to support and design processes that elevate DeVry’s scholars programs and workforce partnerships.
Lamb has worked in various positions in higher education since 2010, supporting the full student lifecycle. Her background includes career services, student services and academics. She worked under the DeVry umbrella from 2012 to 2016 and has proudly been back at DeVry since 2021. Lamb previously worked as the Senior Operations Specialist before moving into the Senior Operations Manager role in March 2022.
Lamb earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master of Business Administration from Kaplan University. She is currently in pursuit of a Doctorate in Education with an emphasis in Leadership and Management.
In her spare time, Lamb enjoys spending time with her two children, experimenting with new recipes in her kitchen and exploring local restaurants.
