Request Transcripts

Obtain a Record of Your Achievements

Are you a student or alumni of DeVry University or Keller Graduate School of Management? You’ve come to the right place to request your transcripts. Parchment, Inc., manages the ordering, processing and secure delivery for all of your official transcript requests. You’ll receive an electronic, final college transcript at no charge upon graduation. The cost is $6 for each electronic transcript and $8 for each paper transcript.

If you attended DeVry or Keller between 2004 and present, you can request an OFFICIAL transcript by following these instructions:

  • Log in to the student portal at learn.devry.edu

  • Select Academics and then Request Transcripts

  • Follow the instructions to request the official transcript

If you are an alumnus or were an inactive student from 2004 to present, you may have to reset your password to access the student portal. If you have any issues accessing the DeVry or Keller student portal, follow the instructions on learn.devry.edu. 

If you are unable to access the student portal, you can log in or create an account to request an official transcript.

If you attended DeVry or Keller Graduate School of Management prior to 2004, you can log in or create an account to request an official transcript.

Currently enrolled students can print an UNOFFICIAL transcript by logging in to the student portal at learn.devry.edu and following these instructions:

  • Select Academics and then Request Transcripts

  • Click Request under Unofficial Transcript

  • Select the Transcript level

  • Click Submit

 Please note the following important information about transcript requests:

  • Normal processing time, excluding delivery, is five (5) business days from the date the transcript request is received.

  • You can request electronic delivery or a paper copy of your official transcript.

  • You can request multiple transcripts at a time to be sent to different recipients.

  • Parchment has an online tracking ability to view your order status.

  • Notification is sent to you when your transcripts are processed and received.

  • You can use overnight delivery via Fed Ex with a tracking option.

  • Cumulative Grade Point Averages (GPAs) are posted to the transcript after grades are posted.

  • Conferrals for undergraduate and graduate programs occur at the end of the session and can take up to three (3) weeks.
