Micah Arnold leads the Product Management organization at DeVry University as Chief Product Officer. Having spent the last two decades supporting the growth and development of multiple universities, OPM's, and ed tech companies, Arnold helps drive DeVry’s institutional development, product development and management, innovation, and go-to-market/growth strategy.
Prior to joining DeVry, Arnold architected the portfolio strategy discipline at the University of Phoenix. Leveraging his market research and analytics background, he provided critical market research, product marketing, and strategy for multiple OPM's and their clients over the last decade. Seeing the growing demand for independent, objective market research, investment, and strategy support in an increasingly dynamic higher education space, Arnold founded his own consulting practice, M&J, in early 2022 where he provided expert guidance and direction, firmly rooted in relevant and current data, to a broad range of universities, institutions, and investment firms, as well as the enterprises that supported them.
Arnold earned his bachelor’s degrees in economics and communications studies from Northwestern University and holds an MBA from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
